Meet Michael Jordan

Michael Jordan is the Principal and owner of RealWav Partners, Inc., a commercial real estate advisory firm based in Carlsbad, California. He brings more than 30 years of experience advising tenants/users and buyers on complex occupancy and investment decisions across multiple markets.

Michael’s work focuses on strategic advisory, including financial and locational feasibility analysis, evaluation of functional alternatives, transaction structuring, and negotiation. He has led and coordinated multi-market advisory teams and has a consistent record of delivering assignments on time and within budget.

Prior to founding RealWav Partners in January 2024, Michael was a Senior Vice President and Shareholder with Kidder Mathews in the San Diego market.
