Michael Jordan is the Principal of RealWav Partners, Inc., a commercial real estate advisory firm specializing in complex occupancy and investment strategy. With over 30 years of experience, Michael serves as a high-level advocate for tenants, users, and buyers, transforming real estate challenges into strategic advantages.
His expertise goes beyond the transaction. Michael focuses on the critical variables that drive a deal’s success: financial and locational feasibility, functional alternatives, and aggressive negotiation. Before founding RealWav Partners in 2024, Michael was a Senior Vice President and Shareholder at Kidder Mathews, where he established a reputation for delivering high-stakes assignments with precision.

Michael’s career is defined by scale and consistency. He has successfully navigated more than 675 transactions totaling 26.4 million square feet and $950 million in consideration. His experience extends into large-scale land acquisition and entitlement, including over 9,250 acres and 7,000 residential units. In aggregate, he has overseen more than $1.35 billion in acquisition, disposition, and advisory assignments.
